The colors are too bright for the office and that jacket is too casual. Never wear hooker heels to the office. To fix everything up, get a jacket with more of a collar, wear a bubble skirt and try flip flops.

Wearing high heel pumps to work like that is a little bit too sexy for most American office environments. Go with flip flops. Also, the skirt is a tad bright, go with a softer color and you are good.

Good outfit but noooooooooooooooo pantyhose, ever! Pantyhose is uncomfortable, shreds easily and makes you look very old.

Jacket and shirt is nice. Skirt color too bright. Something more dull, like sand color. Never wear pantyhose in office, it is uncomfortable and looks sloppy.

Pastel colours make for a great summer office outfit. The jacket, skirt, pantyhose and pumps combination look comfortable and proper for the office. To change up the look, you can match different coloured skirts with different coloured jackets.

The jacket and blouse works well together. I like it. The skirt is too tight and short. You need a longer skirt and looser one to allow you to move around the office. Never wear pantyhose under any occasions, they are two decades out of being in fashion. The white pumps are too conservative. Wear wedge sandals or flip flops to look like a modern day woman.

No jacket, unless the shirt underneath is short sleeved, if the shirt is short sleeved i recommend a nice cardigan, white pumps are outdated unless of course it is easter sunday:) ditch the pantyhose and try a a bright colored pump maybe yellow or even beige would be nice:)

The jacket is nice. The skirt is too short, a proper office skirt should go midway to your ankles at the very least. Pantyhose has been out of fashion since the 1980s and the white pumps are outdated as well. Bare legs and flip flops or sandals would be much better.
