I love the shoes, skinnies and sparkle, but I think the sweater and top under it don't jive--either the sweater is to short or the top too long. You could try trimming the top or hiding it tucked into your jeans, then add a cute belt below. I love how you pulled of an 80s inspiration without looking like you stepped out of a Madonna video and I especially love that sapphire shade on you.

Those shoes look great with your skinny jeans, and you can really pull them off with your height. And I love the blue sparklies around your face. I'm not sure the cut of the sweater is the most flattering, though. The empire waist and the cables on the bottom half seem to be making your middle look bigger than you really are, and the blue band around your hips created by the layering is emphasizing the widest part of you. Maybe try a blazer over the blue top instead that nips in at the waist. And that would definitely still give you an 80s effect.
