Totally agree with Amma. the skirt is gorgeous but would really shine with some funky tights or a strange colored top, maybe a belt around the waist too

Lose the necklace and maybe pair the skirt with a yellow or orange colored top--maybe with an unexpected gray/navy/gold slouchy sweater and I think you could have something. But pink + white + the necklace is just tooo saccharine and frankly expected. You could totally work the skirt though.
