Hmmmm. I like the jacket on its own, but be careful what you pair it with. I'd wear it with other muted colors, so the jacket stands out as the centerpiece that brings it all together.

Cute fit and length! I have to agree about the color too. The material is really flashy, and the subdued color pulls it back just enough so that the overall look comes off as classic & bold as opposed to trashy.

I have to agree about the color. It's not something I would have thought would work well in a patent leather coat, but it really does, especially with the splash of red beneath or some other bold hint of color by your face. I'm picturing it with a plum or turquoise fedora. I'm not so much about the lime green bathrobe, though.
