I bought this cute navy blue jumper dress from Target (Erin Fetherston!). It falls between my hips and my knees -- just the right length. How should I wear it?

This looks like a great base piece. I'd wear it with a turtleneck and tights and some chunky jewelry. PLEASE don't wear it over jeans. I hate the whole dress over jeans look.

This jumper is such a great find! Kudos. Navy is such a great color for this year, and next! For the cold weather, do some layering- a black cotton turtleneck, some nice textured warm tights and boots or cute pumps ( dont forget to add some accesories like bangles or draped necklaces). For the warmer months, add a fun white undershirt or sleeveless button down with flare and wedges. This is such a versatile piece- have FUN with it! :)
