Ex-boyfriend's sweater

outfit tags: thick belt, sweater

purpose & description

I was cleaning out my closet, and I found my ex-boyfriend's sweater. I was too lazy to mail it back to him, so I decided to pair a thick belt with it, some skinny jeans, and heels. Hope he doesn't miss his sweater...

I like it the way it is, I think its cute, and makes you look like you just chucked on a cute sweater, and the belt just gives it a bit more shape.

Keep the sweater, it's fab

Idk, It might work with different shoes. I'd wear something more edgy.

it's not that bad...but it's not that good either. The sleeves are too long.

I love the idea, but that horizontal line makes you look saggy. It'd work better with a different sweater.

cute in theory but the sleeves kills it for me, it's all too baggy, unless you dont mind the 'I just got hit by a bus' look. I like the dress idea, cut the sleeves off and throw something around the neck, anything

jewelry and some creative sewing would definitely make this look work.

I like the idea you were going for- but it doesn't quite come together. I think this would look adorable with black leggings, riding boots, and chunky bangles. Give it a try and post a pic!

hmmm... since yr not mailing it back...( have sum fun with it) If u dare.... U cud undo the sleeves where they join the body and wear it as a mini dress with opaque tights and the belt sinching the hips? Layer with either a bright scarf or chunky metallic neclaces. keep the ballet flats or maybe change em for RED ones if ur not donning the bright Scarf.. it'll be a comfy casual look. keep experimenting.. have fun with it!

I think this sweater is more for bumming around at home. I'm all for loose fitting tops with a thick belt to accent your waist but I think your ex's sweater is too baggy for the idea.

I'm all about recycling clothes, but I'd have to say this sweater is just way too baggy and unflattering for you to wear outside your house. You seem like you have a cute figure, show it off! :)
