The colors just don't work together. I also think you took the wrong approach with the oversized sweater. I would lose the skinny belt and wear it loose, with leggings and some riding boots- or, with a large belt that cinches the waist. As for the boots, try and wear them with more subdued palettes- black, white, neutral- it'll just look like you went way overboard with other shades.
