purpose & description
I paired this red halter shirt/dress with black, sheer tights/leggings, and black pumps for an absolutely smokin look that is sure to garner loads of attention. The shirt bares a lot of skin, so loads of confidence is required to pull it off! I like that this top skims, but doesn't cling, to my curves, which keeps this look from being too over the top and revealing.
