purpose & description
I picked up this dress at Forever 21 right before I left to go to Rome on holiday. It's light and airy and was comfy that I walked all over Rome in it. I paired it with some flat sandals because I was on foot, but I do also think it looks great with these snake skin and bamboo wedges

I think you should wear the dress with some heels to elongate you, and with a lighter colored (maybe white) purse.

That dress is perfect for Rome. You are lucky that you found something in Forever 21. Whenever I go in there, it looks like Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan had their family reunions on both floors. Thank goodness Heartland Brewery is across the street. I also like the wedges. You could also try black flats, if you want to wear it in the fall. Tights and a cardigan would look cool too.

i like the dress a lot! i would just wear a different pair of shoes personally. and add a long necklace and i think it would be perfect.

I like it because it's classier looking than the normal Forever fare!

I'm so impressed you found a dress at Forever 21 (or any retailer) that doesn't have a babydoll or empire waisted cut. Bravo. I think the dress and print are cute. The bamboo wedges seem a better option than flats considering the length of the dress.

i like it but maybe the dress would look better a little shorter? then you could wear it with tights and a long cardigan in winter, like ezkiller said without it looking frumpy. shoewise, i personally hate wedges!
