Oh So Chic!! This dress is a great fit for your body type. The color is perfect for summer and the fabric is does not overwhelm your petite frame. Strappy heels would shorten your height but the leopard paltforms elongate your legs while keep you from looking too angelic. Pair it with some simple gold jewelry and you are ready to celebrate!!

You have such a great body. The dress looks great on you and sort of has a Lolita look of sexiness. I'm not so much a fan of the heels. They dress makes you look dainty, but then the shoes make you look clunky. If you're going somewhere casual, I'd try Grecian-style sandals. If you're out dancing, maybe some strappy shoes or wedges.

I absolutely love the dress and it works really well for your body. While on other people it could look frumpy, it gives you a doll-like appearance and creates curves. I also love the shoes, they're neutral so they don't take away from the dress, but their metallic sheen and clunky pattern give your outfit an edge. Actually, what I'm reminded of is a recent(ish) photoshoot of mary kate and ashley with awesome clunky shoes and floaty dresses. I'm pretty sure the shoes were designed by marc jacobs, but i forget.

Adorable for the season and a fun outfit for a birthday outting. I like how you paired up such a girly dress with printed shoes because it makes it more funky. With a thick black bangel, you're all set for a night out!

Cute all around! Looks modern and refreshing, white is definitely in. I would change up the shoes however, they seem to be weighing your outfit down a notch. Peep toe pumps in white, silver or gold would look great. If you're trying to mix things up, you could even wear some red sling backs with a red necklace, it would like great with white.

Ummm you look hot. You should wear that dress! The shoes, perfect. You could go with some stilettos too, but I think the leopard print it great for special occasions. I really love the dress; and since white you can go anyway you want with makeup too! I would totally go all out and do some smoky eyes or bright red lips, but I'm one for the dramatic. Your friends will love it and you'll fit in any sceney scene. Happy Birthday!

I absolutely love that dress! It's delicate, girly, and yet a bit flirty. However...the shoes have to go. They're way too chunky; if you want to stick with leopard print, try open-toed pumps. Wear some colorful (but not too chunky) necklaces too. Wearing a white dress is a perfect way to show off your jewelry. Happy birthday =)!

Love the dress, but needs a strappy gold or silver shoe with matching accessories...shoes look too clunky and big and don't do anything for the dress. But the dress looks great on you, happy birthday!

This dress is adorable on you! Simple, clean yet fashion forward. The shoes, as cute as they are on another outfit i'm sure, don't work well with the clean look you have going on (if that makes sense?) vouch for something that's not too...how you say, "busy?"

very etherial. lose the shoes. add a gold necklace with folky charms, wear a bit of blush... and you'll look like an angel birthday girl!

Loving the dress!!!!!!!!!! I can totally see it on LC or Lindsay. I would much rather see you in a more strappy heel or a peep toe pump. Like the leopard though.

I agree with esbaker. You wear that dress fabulously, but go for some more delicate shoes.

The dress is perfect for a night out with your friends, it is very flattering on you. The shoes look a little heavy, do you have anything thats a little less chunky? I would stay with the fun leopard print or go for bright yellow patent leather. Stick with fun shoes that are just a little lighter, and that you are going to be able to dance in all night! Happy Birthday and have fun!

i like that the dress is really sculptural but you are swimming in fabric. lose the shoes and replace them with some glads and you will look divine.

oh wow gorgi dress, as much as i hate to say it, the shoes need to go, maybe a solid color, black red would suit the dreess just fine with out going to crazy but absolutley adore the dress x33

Yeah, I agree with the previous commenter. Dress is cute and appropriate for the venue, but the shoes don'e work. I think they are perhaps too chunky--go for something a little more dainty, perhaps stilletto sandals.

The dress is very summer 2007 empire waist and the bubble skirt bottom. The shoes ruin the outfit in my opinion. I would go with a basic black. Black and white is huge right now, due to Karl Lagerfeld and his fall 07 couture looks. A nice metallic shoe with matching bag or some accesories would also be nice. The dress is a solid so theres a lot you can do with it to dress it up or down. just don't over do it the siloutte should be your main focus.
